We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join and strengthen our Grids Automation team in Ukraine

Main responsibilities:

Providing order management services to clients - activities include helping clients to handle order quoting, order processing; order fulfilment, review of orders, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment for their customers.Preparing orders confirmations and agreementsEnsuring timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.Monitoring and resolving order issues and processing errorsCollecting all documentation needed to comply with local regulations and creates the documentation for the credit and debit notes;Processing and archiving all documentation in accordance with local regulations.Keeping daily contact with customers and ensuring a customer compliance resolution process by collecting the necessary information, as well as updating the customers about current status of an issue.Active involvement in the initiatives directed on internal processes improvement.

Requirements have to be met:

Higher education (technical or economical University degree)More than 5 years of experience on the same/similar fieldKnowledge of SAP (Sales and Distribution Module) and MS-Office.Intermediate level of English.Good communication and analytical skillsReadiness to take on challenges, address customer requirements and solve problems
