Position: Service Engineer (Ukraine)
Location: Ukraine (remote from home office, excluding business trips)
Work format: Full-time / Employment Agreement / B2B Contract

We have an interesting career opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer in an international machine tools industry company with an EU Head office in Germany.

Our Partner is one of the world's leading manufacturers of cutting-edge and high-precision CNC machine tools, software and automation, offering a broad portfolio of turning centers, milling machines and multifunctional solutions, with its own production facilities in Korea. With over 40 years of industry leadership, the company serves a global customer base in key sectors such as aerospace, automotive, energy, defense, medical, IT and construction.

To achieve our Partner's ambitious goals in the CEE region, we are looking for a skilled Service Engineer who will become a local technical expert of the company and will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of CNC machine tools for the Ukrainian customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of CNC machine tools: turning and milling machines
• Retrofitting of machine options, hardware, and software on turning and machining centers
• Fault analysis and repair of turning and milling machine tools
• Execution of general mechanical work
• Willingness to travel within Ukraine to customers and dealer

Qualifications and professional experience:

• Completed technical vocational training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of CNC machine tools, especially in turning and milling machines, is desirable
• Confident handling of CNC controls (Fanuc and Siemens)
• Service-oriented approach, customer-friendly demeanor, and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
• Fluent Ukrainian and English skills, both spoken and written
• The position requires business trips to the dealer, customers, events and trade fairs, as well as occasionally to HQ in Germany
