Global Business Services Change Manager
Position
The primary objective of this role is to implement change management plans within JTI's Global Business Services (GBS), aligning with GBS's overarching goals. This position guides and supports GBS by ensuring that stakeholders, customers, and employees are well-informed and engaged. The GBS Change Manager will focus on developing, executing, and monitoring engagement plans, stakeholder management, communication plans, and other change interventions. The role involves taking all necessary actions to ensure these plans are successfully implemented.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Change Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role, ideally in multinational companiesExperience in working with change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred)Stakeholder management and engagement planning across all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholdersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsExcellent command of both written and verbal English at business proficiency standardUnderstanding of GBS Environment will be beneficial in aligning change strategies with GBS's specific needs and goals
