You will be a part of the Veteran Strategy Council that serves as a cross-functional advisory and oversight group focused on shaping and driving the company’s long-term approach to veteran integration, support, and impact. The council ensures that veteran-focused initiatives are aligned with business goals, employee well-being, and inclusive workplace culture.

Having proven experience in program management, people operations, or DEI rolesPossessing a strong understanding of veteran needs and transition challengesDemonstrating exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsHaving a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present program impact effectivelyCapable of working cross-functionally in fast-paced, mission-driven organizationsFluent in English at an upper-intermediate level or higherAND YOU WANT TO
Drive high-level visibility of the veteran agenda across the company through executive engagement, internal town halls, and participation in public recognition programsAct as a subject-matter expert and a central point of contact for veteran-related matters for internal stakeholders and external partnersPartner closely with Country Leadership and Delivery/Non-Delivery Management to align veteran initiatives with business objectivesLead and maintain the veteran employee community, including Buddy/Mentorship programs tailored for newly demobilized veteransDesign and oversee onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless transition from military to corporate environmentMonitor and support veterans during their first year of employment post-demobilization, ensuring smooth adaptation and engagementCollect and analyze key veteran experience metrics (engagement, retention, performance, etc.)Coordinate Mediators/Veteran Integration (Case) Managers and early interventions in case of potential interpersonal or adaptation conflictsProvide ongoing support and training for managers working with veteran team members to foster inclusive and productive relationshipsCollaborate with NGOs, veteran foundations, and government bodies to expand opportunities and resources for veteransRepresent the company in employer ratings, conferences, and talent reports focused on veteran employment and supportDefine, track, and report on key performance indicators (veteran engagement, adaptation, business impact, etc.)Coordinate and support veteran-focused initiatives, such as Veterans Day events, awareness campaigns, engagement, or education programs across the organizationDeliver regular insights and updates to the Veteran Strategy Council to inform strategy and investmentTOGETHER WE WILL
