Answer user reviews in Apple and Google Play stores and Facebook in Ukrainian and Russian languagesAssist users who have technical issues with the app using knowledge base and peersCategorize and analyze reviews topics to reveal and escalate common problems to the development teamLocalize content from English to Ukrainian: posts, chat-botsCollaborate with other teams for maximum efficiency.Required skills:
2+ years of experience in Customer Support or SMM in Tech or e-commerceUnstoppable desire to help people through meaningful communicationAbility to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear wayExcellent writing skills (Ukrainian and Russian)Good EnglishAttention to the details and time management skillsAbility to determine the complex nature of the problem.What we can offer:
