Job Description On this position you will: 1. Ordering and Branding of POSM, Coffee Shops, and Special Projects Processing requests, evaluating investments. Preparing, approving, and launching production. Monitoring deadlines, informing the team. Implementing branding through an agency or designer. 2. Visuals, Banners, and Mockups Updating and providing visuals, developing new designs. Creating banners for e-commerce, approval, and submission to networks. Receiving files for mockups, selecting a supplier, production, digitization, and transfer to Listex. 3. Product Listing and Distribution Providing samples to the team, handling write-offs, and shipping. Placing orders with distributors, recording and reconciling expenses in GTN. 4. Organization of BTL Activities Logistics, promotional materials, and text preparation. Casting promoters, managing tastings, and sampling events. 5. Budgeting and Reporting Entering data into GTN, analyzing expenses, and planning budgets. Tracking POSM stock levels, write-offs, and warehouse communication.
