Brand Specialist
What this position is about – Purpose:
As a Brand Specialist for Winston, you will work closely with the team to coordinate brand campaigns and develop communication materials. Your goal is to maximize market share, potential, and profitability while ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines and objectives, effectively managing budgets, agencies, and key stakeholders.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
Translate brand strategy into annual activation plans, ensuring impactful consumer programs;
Develop and execute brand activation campaigns, including consumer promotions, trade activations, and communication materials (digital, print, POSM);
Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing performance evaluations and recommendations;
Manage brand activation budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective investments;
Oversee relationships with Brand & CRM agencies and internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance, Corporate Affairs, etc.);
Assist in monitoring brand performance, preparing data-driven reports and presentations;
Support the development of digital platforms and related programs.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree;
Work experience: Minimum 1 year in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Commercial roles;
Language: Romanian and English proficiency;
Other skills and knowledge:
Experience in brand positioning, communication (BTL), and project management;
Understanding of marketing mix, consumer behavior, and segmentation;
Strong analytical and reporting skills to track brand performance;
Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills;
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects effectively;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
