Job Description Helping clients through real-time support (Telegram, Instagram);  Interacting with other departments to resolve issues; social media monitoring to identify customer requests and responding quickly to them;  Responding to comments and messages on social media providing prompt and professional support;  Creating reports on customer activity on social media analyzing them to improve services;  Tracking trends and new opportunities for effective customer engagement on social media;  Creating content for the Telegram channel including writing posts developing visual materials and planning a content strategy working on attracting an audience to the Telegram channel maintaining active interaction with subscribers; Analyzing the effectiveness of content in the channel implementing improvements to increase engagement reach tracking competitors' activity and analyzing their strategies. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach$ Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a focus on social media management$ Proficiency in major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram; Experience with social media management tools and analytics; Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism; Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; In-depth understanding of social media trends and best practices; Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
