Your tasks: You will support our customers with questions relating to the use of our PATFAK applications. You will carry out troubleshooting and process handling in the 2nd level area (e.g. software operation, installations and configuration). You will process and document customer inquiries and solutions in our ticket system. You support our customers remotely. What you should bring with you: You have several years of professional experience in the IT sector or in a comparable IT support role. You have a confident manner and customer-oriented communication skills You are service-oriented and enjoy telephone contact with customers. With your analytical skills, you can solve problems effectively. You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English.
