Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal PMO Intern to join our dynamic Internal Project Management Office team. Responsibilities Organize and Maintain Project Data: assist in structuring project information within our CRM system and ensure reports are updated in a timely manner. Contribute to Process Improvement: assist in the development, implementation, and enhancement of project management methodologies and best practices. Support PMO Operations: provide administrative and operational support to the PMO team, including ad-hoc tasks as needed. Analyze and Present Insights: gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and project reporting. Coordinate Internal Projects: act as a project coordinator, assisting project managers with documentation, meeting scheduling, note-taking, and task updates. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking abilities: capable of managing multiple priorities, staying organized, and meeting deadlines effectively. Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail : ability to assess data, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to informed decision-making. Excellent English communication skills : strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation, reporting, and presentations. Proactive and eager to learn: self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong desire to grow and contribute in a dynamic environment.
