Sales Capability Development Advisor
This position is responsible for driving initiatives to enhance sales capabilities and improve salesforce effectiveness within the designated area. The role involves evaluating and supporting the implementation of best-in-class standards, systems, and processes for the Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Review, develop sales capability standards, sales systems and processes aligned to market business strategies for boosting efficiency. This includes, improvement of Sales Capability Development on regular basis via proper tools and approaches development, implementation and control, close cooperation with all sales teams and distributor partners. Close collaboration with market Sales Management Team to create and lead projects related to operational effectiveness, RTM and sales capability improvement. Manage motivational tools, programs for Sales team and distributor partners. Implementation & support of a clear and transparent T&D system in sales and satisfaction of needs to different development tools including basic professional preparation, seminars & conferences for all sales departments. Monitor sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable insights.Support SF architecture evaluation and other Caucasus initiatives for sales function
Requirements:
University Degree, preferably in the business, educational areaMore than 3 years of experience in salesSuccessful managerial experience at least 1 yearPrevious training experience is mandatoryExperience in leading cross-functional projects be an advantageAdvanced level of local language in the area(s) of responsibility Intermediate level of English Russian language knowledge is advantage Confident PC user - MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)Driving license with not less than 3 years driving experience
