TA POC: Talent Attraction Specialist
Sales System Analyst
The incumbent acts as the in-house expert supporting technical functionality of Sales Force Automation solution (SFA), create & maintain procedural data activitty and act a support function in generating historical reports to other functions
As our newest Sales System Analyst, you will:
Sales System (SFA solutions) Support and Maintenance
Provide support on SFA system setup, administration, configuration, maintenance and optimization
Monitor active SFA and back office users and ensure the correct access level based on function and role
Participation in Business Testing related to Application Change Requests, Systems Upgrade or deployment of fix to resolved system
bugs
Customer Master Data Territory Master (CMD) Reporting
Provide periodic report on Customer master data findings to its stake holders
Assist in the configuration on route realignment, transfer of customer from branches or per channel
Continuously review processes and recommend improvement opportunities
Establish process for the setup and maintenance of Territory Boundaries in alignment with SIBI and RTM teams
Perform regular update of Territory Boundaries and customer tagging in collaboration with field M&S leaders
Technical Support, Testing and Training Assistance
Create and Maintain desktop procedure of SFA system as guide to its internal and 3rd Party Use
Conduct online & physical system training to newly on board field sales and back office
Prepare and create survey based on internal requirements from Field Sales, Marketing and Finance
Provide status/feedback to customer on pending issues/errors encountered and monitor until resolution
Adhoc Reporting
Assist request from Field Sales, Marketing and Finance on generating historical data from TME
Collaborate with Route to Market Team on system configuration requirement based on business direction
Assist in report generation on New Product launches and Limited edition pack sales performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, IT or any other highly quantitative fields
Fresh graduates with technical skills are highly encouraged to apply. Graduates from non-IT/Computer Science fields will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
Experience in operational support and database management is a plus, ideally within a multinational FMCG environment.
Experience in data reporting and analysis, including important metric and performance measurements.Ability to plan and complete trade surveys.Proficiency in analytical systems such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL.Solid understanding of commercial analysis, including Retail Audit, Tracker, Trade Marketing, and Sales important metrics.Familiarity with Route to Market, Trade Segmentation, Trade Marketing Execution, and Channel Planning.Functional knowledge in IT processes (e.g., incident management, problem resolution, system change requests).Understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle and experience working with third-party solution providers.Comprehensive company and business knowledge.Experience with sales systems.Must be willing to travel frequently as this role will be mobile.
