Production Preparation Specialist
What this position is about - Purpose:
Provides administrative support for shopfloor processes. Supports with Budgeting process and ISO/ARCI and other production Processes.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Budget controlling and supporting manager with ASP and Outlooks' budgeting process
Managing new end labels introductions; testing of end labels templates and bitmaps directly on the machines in order to ensure free of faults printing
Creating reports and production orders control - Process Control Card, Tools rotation, Brand change scan, Production orders closing
Managing shopfloor daily control documentation, distribution and archivisation of: tipping forms, cleaning check lists, instructions, one point lessons
Ordering non production related materials (for ex. glue, cleaning supplies)
Supporting improvement projects and activities; Order Operators tools if missing
Handling local production ISO System; reviewing and updating ISO documentation and procedures
Tracking CBN related KPIs on Shopfloor and their progress, preparing reports, update infoboards

Who are we looking for - Requirements:
Higher education (preferably technical)
Technical experience and KAIZEN introduction in a production site would be an advantage
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Knowledge of Track & Trace and MOM system will be considered a plus
Good knowledge of English and Polish, both written and spoken
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
