THE JOURNEY

Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them with all the necessary tools and information to start workingEstablishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients to deliver the highest level of commercial and customer service to our partnersGather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle problems to raise the barDrive deals to closure in a new business environmentOptimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets plansUnderstand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partnersImprove operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customersMeet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company. Forecast and track key account metricsActively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Strong business knowledge. 3 - 5 years of account management experienceHave excellent communication skillsDetail-oriented, proactive, organized and autonomousNegotiation skillsData-driven profileAn empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitudeSelf-starter who can work in a highly demanding environment (impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen)Ability to influence stakeholders to help achieve your goalsExperience with online productivity tools such as Office 365, SalesforceExperience in a high-growth digital startup business is a plus.
