Required Skills and Experience
✔ 3+ years of Python experience, including proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
✔ 2-5 years of experience in NLP & LLMs (BERT, GPT-3/4, T5) with expertise in fine-tuning models
✔ Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques (Chain of Thought, In-Context Learning, Tree of Thought)
✔ Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to optimize prompts and evaluate model performance
✔ Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation
✔ B2+ English proficiency
Would be a plus
✔ Experience with Vector Databases
✔Knowledge of LangChain
Responsibilities
✔ Design, refine, and improve AI-generated prompts for different applications
✔ Collaborate with engineers to integrate optimized prompts into production systems
✔ Analyze prompt efficiency using key metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement
✔ Work closely with cross-functional teams to align prompts with business objectives and user needs
✔ Document best practices, train teams on Prompt Engineering, and stay updated on the latest AI advancements
