What you´ll do

• Participate in financial projects and support their implementation
• Monitor and analyze business financial performance (balance sheet, P&L)
• Support automation initiatives within the Finance Department
• Ensure accurate accounting entries in line with company standards
• Prepare and analyze financial data and reports
• Support other finance-related processes and tasks in line with team needs

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, complex formulas, basic macros)
• Basic knowledge of accounting or financial reporting is a plus
• Knowledge of Python is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Result-oriented with attention to detail
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field of finance
