We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Credit & Debit Note Creation team at Nestlé Business Services Lviv. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, Order-to-Cash processes, and international cooperation within a global environment.

You will support the team in processing financial documents, analyzing data, and ensuring accuracy in end-to-end workflows. The role requires analytical thinking, responsibility, and a strong willingness to learn.

With you we will:

• Support the creation and validation of Credit & Debit Notes in SAP (training provided).
• Assist in checking financial data, templates, and supporting documents.
• Work closely with the Claims and Demand Capture teams to ensure accurate processing.
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Contribute to process improvements and daily team tasks.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

Key requirements:

• English level B1+ (written & spoken).
• Excel skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
• Financial / economic education (completed or ongoing).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
• Fast learner with willingness to master new tools and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
