Описание

Required Skills and Experience

- Досвід у підтримці digital сервісів (онлайн продукт, інтернет-магазин, веб-сервіси, розробка і т.п.) не менше 1-го року
- Грамотна письмова та усна українська мова
- Базове розуміння API
- Досвід роботи в таск-менеджерах (YouTrack, Jira та інші)
- Досвід роботи з CRM
- Швидке опанування нових інструментів
- Клієнтоорієнтоване та відповідальне ставлення до будь-якого процесу
- Високий рівень емпатії
- Відкритість до конструктивного фідбеку від команди

Would be a plus

- Досвід роботи з HRM / ATS системами
- Досвід роботи з ERP системами
- Досвід роботи з LMS

Responsibilities

- Консультування клієнтів з функціоналу системи
- Інформування клієнтів щодо оновлення функціоналу системи
- Збір зворотного зв’язку від клієнтів щодо використання системи
- Прийом та обробка звернень щодо помилок у роботі системи (діагностика помилок), ескалація до відповідальних команд
- Вирішення конфліктних ситуацій
- Допомога у наповненні бази знань для клієнтів
