Having 5+ years of senior-level experience in logistics, global supply chain, or international operationsAccustomed to ATA Carnet, temporary imports, and permanent customs clearanceStrong in understanding of ownership transfer implications in cross-border shipmentsKnowledgeable of international trade regulations and customs complianceAdept at determining appropriate import methods based on business scenariosExperienced in working with customs brokers and global freight forwardersStrong in stakeholder management and communication skillsReady to demonstrate change management and process implementation experienceHaving analytical mindset with ability to create reporting structures and performance trackingAdvanced in MS Excel and logistics tracking systemsExperienced in supporting IT or IT Asset Management functionsSkilled in managing logistics for technology hardware and robotics equipmentConfident in operating in a global corporate environmentCertified in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Project Management (, CSCP, PMP, Lean, etc.)AND YOU WANT TO
Develop and implement scalable domestic and international logistics processes within the ITAM scopeDevelop standardized, trackable, governance-aligned, and cost-efficient logistics processes that ensure operational visibility and support informed decision-making across the companyEstablish reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance monitoring mechanisms for logistics operationsDrive cross-company standardization and governance alignmentLead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and complianceDetermine and implement appropriate import/export methods including ATA Carnet, temporary import regimes, and permanent customs clearanceAdvise stakeholders on the correct import model based on business purpose, duration of use, and ownership structureDefine when ownership transfer is required and assess its impact on customs duties, VAT, and regulatory obligationsAct as subject matter expert on Importer of Record (IOR) decisionsEnsure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and cross-border documentation requirementsPartner with Legal and Finance teams to mitigate regulatory, tax, and compliance risksCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments of IT equipment (laptops, hardware, robotics, and other technical assets)Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokersOversee shipment tracking, issue resolution, and delivery performanceMaintain accurate logistics and asset transfer documentationOptimize delivery timelines and logistics costsCollaborate closely with Finance and Legal teams to ensure regulatory and financial alignmentAct as logistics partner for Software Development and engineering teams requiring IT equipment for development activitiesCoordinate equipment delivery from external customers when requiredLead change management initiatives related to new logistics workflows and governance structuresEnsure adoption of standardized logistics processes across departmentsTOGETHER WE WILL
