Project Manager
VirtuWise is a B2B lead generation and sales development company that helps tech and digital businesses attract clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, and targeted marketing strategies. We work with companies in industries such as software development, fintech, gaming, and other digital sectors, helping them build predictable sales pipelines.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will help us efficiently manage projects, client communication, and internal team processes.
Responsibilities:
Manage client communication (in English): regular updates, reports, and meetings
Set tasks and monitor execution within the team (Jira / Asana / CRM)
Organize workflows: syncs, deadlines, and quality control
Prepare reports and perform basic KPI analysis
Optimize internal processes in collaboration with the team lead
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in project management (B2B sales experience is a must)
English level C1 (written and spoken)
Ability to structure information and prioritize tasks
Strong self-organization, proactivity, and independence
Experience working with clients, teams, task trackers, and CRM systems
