Position Overview:
ELVTR is on the hunt for a sharp, results-oriented SDRs to help convert highly engaged leads into enthusiastic customers. You won’t need to chase cold leads—your job is to close warm prospects who’ve already scheduled their calls. Responsibilities:
- Convert warm, pre-qualified leads into enrolled students for our premium courses.
- Build rapport with prospects and identify how our programs align with their goals.
- Track your metrics and iterate fast to exceed conversion benchmarks.
- Maintain clean and detailed records in our CRM.
- Communicate customer insights to marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent, professional English communication skills.
- Strong grasp of CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and retain product knowledge quickly
- Confidence, curiosity, and excellent listening skills.
- A history of high performance in quota-carrying roles is a strong plus.
