Could you be the full-time Assistant in Kirovohrad Oblast we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and communication expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and operations within the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with top management and internal/external stakeholders, manage inquiries and correspondence, and support executive-level activities such as scheduling and travel arrangements.

You’ll specifically take care of maintaining professional and personal agendas, preparing reports and presentations, but also overseeing invoice processes and documentation systems.

We’ll look to you for:

Serving as the primary point of contact between Top Management and internal/external stakeholders

Managing incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently

Handling requests, inquiries, and information flows in a timely manner

Scheduling meetings, organizing appointments, and issuing reminders

Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and executive briefs

Maintaining organized documentation and filing systems

Managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including bookings, VISA processes, and expense claims

Overseeing invoice processes and coordinating with Accounting for expense management

1-5 years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant, senior executive assistant, or in a similar secretarial role

Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Confirmed experience in verbal and written business correspondence in both the local language and English

Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Attention to detail and a proactive approach

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
