We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee project execution and ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders.

You will be responsible for planning, communication, documentation control, and supporting change implementation across the organization.

This is you

• 3+ years of experience in project management

• Solid understanding of project and program management principles

• Strong experience in schedule and timeline management

• Proven stakeholder management and coordination skills

• Experience with documentation control and quality assurance

• Practical knowledge of change management processes

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills:

• Expeience in the automotive industry

This is your role

• Lead and manage the overall project lifecycle from initiation to delivery

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines

• Coordinate and integrate all relevant stakeholders and contact persons

• Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing briefings and meeting minutes

• Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of project documentation

• Monitor progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

• Prepare materials for committee and top management meetings

• Support the implementation of business requirements and change management initiatives

• Identify risks and ensure timely mitigation actions
