Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating and organizing meetings;Arranging business travel for Partners and Directors;Managing business expense payments for Partners and Directors;Preparing analyses, reports, and other documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role;Strong presentation and communication skills;English proficiency at B2–C1 level;Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
