Key Exciting Responsibilities
Solve Data Puzzles:Analyze client data and set up the systems needed for smooth shipment audits.
Be a Problem-Solver:Identify tricky areas in data and fix operational mistakes to keep things moving.
Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with IT teams to create smart business rules and update technical guides.
Guide Our Customers: Talk directly with clients to help them set up our tools to fit their specific business needs.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience working as an analyst.
Language: You speak and write English well (Upper-Intermediate level) and enjoy working with people from different cultures.
Technical Skills: You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel, and have strong analytical skills.
Work Style: You pay close attention to details, learn fast, and stay calm when working under time pressure.
Bonus Points For:
Experience using JIRA.
Prior knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry.
