The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe’s Digital Platforms Center of Excellence. We address the rapidly growing demand for automation with low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems, and others.

Our team builds cross-functional solutions where low-code automation is integrated with other cutting-edge technologies. We are responsible for both the development of low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to clients under the platform design best practices and with a defined implementation methodology.

IF YOU ARE

An engineer with 5+ years of experienceCertified with PL-400 or PL-600Equipped with proven leadership experience in delivery or technical lead rolesDeeply knowledgeable in Power Platform architecture, governance, ALM, security, and DLPExperienced in overseeing enterprise-scale implementationsProficient in reviewing, validating, and signing off on architecture and solution qualityStrong in integration work (APIs, Azure, enterprise systems)Advanced in DevOps and automated deployment practicesExperienced in managing engineering teams and mentoring senior developersSkilled in documentation, solution design, and clear communication.Capable of managing expectations, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignmentFamiliar with ITSM tools, Visio/ARIS, and CAB/change management processesAn excellent English communicator with strong stakeholder-facing capabilitiesPossessing Microsoft certifications (as a plus)
