YOUR MISSION

A Category Management Analyst for Groceries, you will be a key role in developing the groceries business.

THE JOURNEY

Optimize conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and assortment breadth to ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for users. Own the assortment onboarding process by providing partners with clear templates and detailed guidance on their usage. Review and refine new partners' assortment files before bringing them live, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Create and maintain the category tree, ensuring proper classification and seamless functionality across all stores. Conduct assortment gap analysis and competitor benchmarking, including tracking no-result searches and analyzing competitor offerings. Ensure high-potential and top-selling products are easily discoverable through search, categories, and personalized recommendations. Collaborate with grocery partners to enhance product images, descriptions, and attributes, driving better engagement and conversion. Regularly meet with partners’ category management teams (especially top partners) to review conversion rate and basket size trends. Expand and improve product selection by working closely with retail partners and introducing exclusive products, bundles and promo-packs. Collaborate with the Brand Ads team to facilitate the execution of ad campaigns within the grocery marketplace. Address and resolve partners’ ad-hoc requests, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG Category management Data-driven attention to detail Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well Full proficiency in English and Ukrainian is required Grittiness, never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and address something hands-on, you persevere when others fall away
