You’ll work in a collaborative, delivery-focused environment alongside experienced professionals committed to simplifying technology and delivering meaningful outcomes.Who Are We Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with direct experience leading mobile device management (MDM) and mobility transformation initiatives in complex, multi-region environments. This role will lead a mobility transformation program focused on standardizing mobile device management and mobility services across regions, delivering a consistent service and governance model, and improving end-user experience. The Project Manager will partner with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to drive hands-on execution, adoption, and sustainable outcomes. You will be expected to ramp quickly and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWorking Collaboratively With Globally Distributed Teams, You WillOwn end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of a global mobility transformation program.Drive standardization of mobile device management, provisioning, and lifecycle processes across regions.Develop and maintain integrated project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.Lead stakeholder alignment and governance forums to enable timely decision-making and resolve cross-functional dependencies.Partner with technical and platform teams to support workflow automation and service enablement.Lead change management and communications, ensuring global adoption and minimal disruption.Establish governance, reporting, and data quality practices to track progress and outcomes.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience delivering complex, multi-region technology transformation programs.Proven experience leading enterprise mobility transformation initiatives or mobile device management (MDM/UEM) rollouts, mobility standardization, or device lifecycle optimization.Proven ability to manage global or multi-region programs with distributed teams and stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior business and technology leaders.Strong command of project governance, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting.Experience with IT service management and workflow platforms (ServiceNow or similar preferred).Solid understanding of device lifecycle management, asset management, and cybersecurity alignment.Demonstrated change management capabilities in global environments.Prior contract or consulting experience, with strong ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.Prior hands-on leadership of enterprise mobility or MDM transformation initiatives. Candidates without direct mobility domain ownership may not be considered.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceExperience with leading mobility platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron/Ivanti, or Jamf.Background in device lifecycle management, asset management, or endpoint security alignment.Experience operating in regulated or highly governed enterprise environments.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL).ClosingAt Mobiz, we value diversity and are committed to building an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome and respected.
