The company has been successfully operating at the market since Y 2006. We serve:International corporate accounts (corporate occupiers of business centers) international organizations;Land- lords of business centers, warehousing complexes (commercial real estate).IRES is looking for new team member: Business Development Manager — to promote company Facility Management services (Business to Business market segment)Key roles: To enhance the increase of sales from existing corporate accounts. To develop of new business opportunities for the segment of international corporate accounts, international organizations in terms of integrated facility management and construction project management services. Main responsibilities:Constantly up- grade IRES awareness about new corporate customers at Ukrainian, market.Identify new business opportunities in the sphere of facility management and/or construction project management for existing customers of IRES and new international companies, which operate in Ukraine. Establish new partnerships and new accounts.Actively participate in networking events on line and off line of ACC other chamber organizations, IRES is the member of. Advance in business intelligence and networking. Support IRES social media resources with the objective to inform the market about company achievements and useful information for customers. Monitor of tender requests available at the market. Discuss the opportunities with the team to prepare commercial offers.Participate in the discussions with customer teams re the potential cooperation with IRES to lead the contract signing. Key requirements and skills: Have 3+ year experience related to facility management activities, construction, construction project management, office furniture supply.To be able to learn company business quickly. Strong knowledge of English (spoken and written).
