You will be equipped with some of the best recruitment tools – CRM full of features and automations, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI and job portals. We are committed to equal treatment of all individuals, regardless of any protected characteristics, and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.Your tasksCarrying out recruitment processes for IT, engineering, and BPO international projectsSourcing candidates from Ukraine, using various techniques and all available recruitment toolsProactively build relationships with Hiring Managers within Sii to expand project opportunities for Sii UkraineConducting screenings and recruitment interviews with candidatesTaking care of current recruitment needs, defining required profiles in cooperation with Hiring ManagersBuilding positive relations with candidates and maintaining positive Candidate Experience at the highest level during the whole recruitment processTaking part in the development of internal recruitment tools and finding new solutions that aim at improving the recruitment processSupporting employer branding activities and marketing campaigns to reach out to candidates from the marketRequirementsProfessional experience in the area of recruitmentPositive energy in building relationships with Hiring ManagersExcellent organization of work and professional approach to daily tasksProactive approach, always being on the lookout for new hiring opportunitiesCreativity, enthusiasm for finding new solutions and alternative sources of candidatesDesire to winFluent in Ukrainian with good level of EnglishTax residence in Ukraine is requiredNice-to-have requirementsKnowledge of Polish language will be an advantage
