Who we are looking for 0.5–1 year of commercial experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering or related technical role Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud concepts Knowledge of Azure Infrastructure: VNETs, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, Private/Service Endpoints Strong interest in CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions preferred) Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code and Terraform Strong motivation to develop expertise in Azure Databricks and data platform engineering Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level) Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
Nice-to-have: Experience with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) Any exposure to Azure Databricks administration or data platforms Understanding of security and networking concepts in Azure
Your future role As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will specialize in supporting Azure Databricks platform operations and infrastructure:
Support setup, configuration and maintenance of Azure Databricks workspaces Configure and manage Azure infrastructure supporting Databricks: Storage Accounts, Key Vault, VNETs, Private Endpoints Participate in Databricks Administration: Unity Catalog configuration, external locations setup, Workspace administration, Metastore management Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for Databricks deployments Contribute to Infrastructure as Code delivery with Terraform for Databricks and Azure resources Support Databricks serverless features and Databricks Apps configuration Collaborate with data engineers and architects to deliver secure, scalable analytics platforms Follow Deloitte standards and best practices
