About the Role

A leading AI research initiative is seeking experienced Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants to contribute domain expertise toward the development of next-generation machine learning systems. This project focuses on identifying and solving real-world challenges within medical administration, helping AI systems better understand and replicate professional workflows.

Participants will work independently and remotely, contributing to cutting-edge research while maintaining full control over their schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured deliverables based on common requests and tasks within your professional domain
• Review and refine peer-generated content to enhance AI model training and accuracy

Ideal Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in medical administration or a closely related field
• Strong written communication skills, with excellent grammar and attention to detail

Project Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work
• Estimated workload: ~30 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours
• Project duration: 3–4 weeks, starting immediately

Contract Terms

• Independent contractor engagement
• Hourly compensation paid weekly via Stripe Connect
• Contractors retain full autonomy over work schedule and delivery methods

• You have at least 1 year experience within a Admin Assistant or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Consumer and Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
• You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
• You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
