The Kyiv Office of Baker McKenzie is looking for a new team member: Legal Secretary

Responsibilities: 

Providing administrative support and assistance to Partners and Associates (including organizing and managing calendars of team, scheduling meetings and events, assisting with client communications, answering phone calls, making necessary travel arrangements and preparing required expense reports, assisting with time entry into the billing system) Preparing and typing correspondence, documents, presentations; tracking and maintaining files and databases Assisting with translation of documents and general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving Organizing notarization, legalization, translation of documents, maintaining client files, ensuring all documents are stored and compliant with internal policies Assisting with business development tasks (preparing presentations, team CVs and business development materials) Assisting with general office duties and providing back up support for other secretaries and/or fee-earners as required to ensure the smooth running of the business Performing other alike duties, as requested by the Partner or Associate

Requirements:

Prior experience on secretarial / personal assistant positions  Fluent English and Ukrainian (written and verbal) Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point and other relevant software) Strong organisational skills, attention to detail Pro-active, collaborative approach towards work and colleagues  Positive attitude, reliable and well organized, strong written and verbal communication skills Respect towards confidentiality
