IF YOU ARE
Possessing at least 3-4 years of working experience with Atlassian AdministratingStrong in Administrating Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence, JSM, and otherExperienced in Atlassian cloud migrations (Server-to-Cloud or Data Center-to-Cloud)Competent in Team leading experienceSkilled in ITIL processes and ITSM, showing a theoretical conceptConfident in customer support, or system administrationExperienced in ScriptRunner or GroovyProficient in problem-solving and research skills, desire to help people with fixing their problemsEffective as a team playerCapable of communicating at an Upper-intermediate English levelEquipped with technical background (would be a plus)AND YOU WANT TO
Operate with different Atlassian migrations (Server-to-Cloud, Cloud-to-Cloud, etc.)Work on Atlassian configuration requests and product optimizationInteract with Atlassian 3rd party add-ons and integrationsAttend user guides and training for customersSupport the team with issues troubleshootingTake part in administration activities for customersWork closely with client’s stakeholders, identifying and implementing their requirements for Atlassian applicationIntegrate the challenges of finding the best solutions for the customersPerform major/minor system upgrades (upgrading Jira to a new version)TOGETHER WE WILL
