Miratech is seeking a reliable and dedicated Facility Services and Support Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of the office environment.
• Procuring all necessary materials, equipment, and services.
• Performing repair and timely maintenance work, and in case of complexity, organizing and managing repair and maintenance work with the involvement of third parties.
• Maintaining accurate accounting and technical documentation.
• Performing additional duties as required to support facility services operations.

• Secondary Technical Education.
• 2+ years of experience in organizing and performing repair work, maintaining the operability of office systems.
• Confident user of MS Office.
• English Level A2 – B1.
• Willingness to perform physical work.
• Knowledge of office equipment, electrical appliances, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.
• Experience with power generators will be a plus.
