Required Skills and Experience

- Досвід від 6+ місяців в Data / Product / Marketing Analytics
- Впевнене володіння Looker Studio + кілька готових прикладів звітів у портфоліо
- Досвід роботи з Power BI
- Розуміння принципів побудови метрик і структури аналітичних звітів
- Впевнене знання Google Sheets / Excel (формули, фільтри, зведені таблиці)
- Уважність до деталей, аналітичне мислення та бажання зростати в напрямку data

Would be a plus

- Розуміння SaaS-логіки та бізнес-метрик (MRR, ARR, retention, churn)
- Досвід роботи з Amplitude
- Розуміння роботи API, n8n або готовність це вивчати

Responsibilities

- Створення та оновлення дашбордів у Looker Studio для команд Customer Success, Support та Sales
- Візуалізація ключових SaaS-метрик - MRR, ARR, churn, retention, renewal rate, upsell тощо
- Підготовка та структурування даних із внутрішніх таблиць і звітів
- Співпраця з Customer Success Lead у визначенні пріоритетів і формуванні аналітичних гіпотез
- Створення зовнішніх шаблонів аналітики для клієнтів HURMA у Looker Studio
- Створення та оновлення дашбордів у Looker Studio для клієнтів
- Допомога у формуванні вимог до таблиць в Looker Studio для передачі до Product команди
