Requirements

– Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, practices, and tools;
– Basic knowledge of Figma (especially working with auto layouts);
– Understanding of user-centered design;
– Attention to detail and a desire to learn;
– Good communication skills;
– Portfolio or examples of past design work (personal or academic);
– Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken).

We have 4 stages of selection:

– Test task;
– HR interview;
– Tech interview;
– Final interview with the founders of the company.

Would Be a Plus

– Basic knowledge of user research;
– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Our project is a compliance recording and assurance solution. It enables organizations to record all regulated employee communications — traditional, unified, and mobile — while ensuring compliance with global regulations. Thus, it is utilized in various industries, particularly in financial services, including banks, investment firms, and trading desks, as a powerful solution for reputation risk management.

Responsibilities

– Design screens and user flows for the web app and website;
– Create wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes;
– Collaborate with product managers and developers;
– Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions;
– Follow the design system and help maintain visual consistency.
