Qualifications and skills

4+ years experience in a design roleAbility to design software experiences, not just interface elementsStrong portfolio showcasing UI/UX fundamentals and hands-on experience with SaaS productsExpert-level skills with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Sketch)A shared passion for building a beautiful and intuitive SaaS platformBalance trade-off between “done” and “perfect” whilst maintaining a high bar for qualityVery good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStartup experience with a quick turnaroundAbility to run design workshops is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the design process for new functionalities, starting from wireframes and progressing to pixel-perfect mockupsEnsure a consistent and coherent look and feel across the platform by building and overseeing UI componentsAnalyze and evaluate user behavior to derive UX requirements that enhance the user experienceShare your knowledge and expertise among peers to foster their growth and developmentEngage in strategic discussions to align design efforts with broader business goals and product strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and well-integrated with the overall product visionExercise autonomy in design decision-making, balancing user needs with business objectives to deliver impactful design solutions
