Product Owner & Project Support
Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to support strategic initiatives and product development within Global Business Services organization.
The role supports the execution of strategic initiatives within GBS, working together with Product Owners.
Focus areas include development of the MyJTI portal (from prototyping to go-live support), and the transition of the MyRequest platform to MyJTI.
The position is key in ensuring service quality, compliance with J-SOX, and building strong partnerships across functions while continuously improving product, service management, and communication.
Responsibilities
Support execution of strategic initiatives such as MyJTI portal upgrade and MyRequest to MyJTI transition.Drive requirements definition and support product/tool development and maintenanceEnsure service management foundations and documentation standards are appliedPromote collaboration, continuous improvement, and process standardization across GBSProactively search for resolutions and engage relevant support where required Ensure technical specifications following compliance guidance and procedures
Requirements
4+ years’ experience in a GBS organizationStrong knowledge of GBS environment, platforms (MyRequest / MyJTI), and toolsExperience in tool/project development, maintenance, and process improvementSkills in process analysis, workflow design, and tool management Stakeholder management and customer experience knowledgeStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
