Requirements
— Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP);
— Good knowledge of C#, .Net Standard, .NET 6+, ASP Web API;
— Basic knowledge of Unit testing;
— Basic knowledge of MSSQL;
— Knowledge of Angular + TypeScript;
— Upper-Intermediate English level (both written and spoken);
— Proficiency with Source Control tools such as Git.
We have 3 stages of selection:
– HR interview;
– Tech interview;
– Final interview with the founders of the company.
Would Be a Plus
— Basic understanding of GoF Design Patterns;
— Understanding of microservice architecture;
— Good knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, and SCSS;
— Containerization (basics of DockerKubernetes) or Azure;
— Attention to details;
— Practice experience in pet projects.

This project is an interview management system designed to help recruiters, interviewers, and administrators efficiently manage the candidate hiring process. Key features include candidate creation and management, interview scheduling, conducting interviews with a dedicated assistant, creating and editing interview questions, evaluating candidates, and generating feedback.
This system ensures an efficient recruitment process by automating workflows and enhancing collaboration among hiring participants.
