Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT or product recruitment;
• Confident working with European markets;
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Comfortable using ATS/HRM systems, Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets;
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
📋 Your daily adventures:
• Full-cycle recruitment;
• Support sourcing for complex or senior-level positions (Affiliate, Promo, Heads, etc.);
• Search for candidates of different levels across multiple countries;
• Conduct pre-screens, interviews, and offer calls;
• Keep Asana and Google Sheets updated with tracking progress;
• Use ATS/HR tools to manage candidate pipelines;
• Research hiring trends in iGaming and related markets;
• Collaborate closely with HR teammates and hiring managers;
• Assist in onboarding and adaptation of new hires.
✨ Nice to have:
• Experience with Workable ATS;
• Experience in iGaming field;
• Strong Boolean / X-Ray search skills;
• Sense of humor.
