Position Overview
Laba Group is looking for a Middle Recruiter to join our Lecturer Recruitment team. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent advisor while also being hands-on with sourcing, pipeline management, and process improvement.
This is a full-time remote position.
Requirements
- Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies across Ukrainian, Eastern European, and global markets, using Boolean/X-ray search, AI tools, social media, and niche communities;
- Partner with Production team to calibrate role briefs, translate course needs into sourcing criteria, and craft effective outreach narratives;
- Manage job requisitions and pipelines in the ATS, ensuring candidate profiles are complete, tagged, and compliant with internal standards;
- Drive personalised outreach campaigns, A/B-test templates, monitor metrics, and iterate to maximise conversion;
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate communication, competencies, and potential technical fit;
- Prepare data-backed shortlists, risk assessments, and sourcing estimates for Production;
- Track and report funnel KPIs (response rate, time-to-review, time-to-source, drop-offs), providing insights for process improvement;
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback loops;
- Share regular market intelligence on lecturer talent trends;
- Mentor new hires in Lecturer Recruitment and support onboarding in Production.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of proven sourcing/recruitment experience, ideally with international exposure;
- Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, scraping, AI-assisted search);
- Strong understanding of recruitment funnels, metrics, and analytics;
- Excellent communication, assessment, and stakeholder management skills;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher; additional languages are a plus;
- Strong prioritisation, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities in a high-load environment.
