We are seeking an experienced Corporate Reporting Lead to support a strategic initiative focused on financial reporting. This is a project-based role for 6-12 months of cooperation with a strong emphasis on analytical work, reconciliations, and preparation of reporting deliverables in line with IFRS and internal management reporting. The role will provide an exposure to finance leadership and external advisors.
Functions
Build and maintain a clear, repeatable bridge between management accounts and audited IFRS financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).Prepare an accurate Balance Sheet per management accounting policies for the past 3 years.Produce a monthly/quarterly waterfall analysis highlighting key adjustments between management and IFRS financial results for the past 3 years.Prepare concise policy and process documentation outlining differences in accounting treatments, to support consistent reconciliation and internal understanding.Lead preparation of information requests and coordinate with external auditors, advisors, and legal counsels.Collaborate closely with Group and Local Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, and IT teams to gather source data, validate assumptions, and ensure reporting consistency and traceability.Requirements
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in Big4 audit is a must; experience in reporting or financial analysis is a plusStrong understanding of accounting and financial reporting under IFRSStrong skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets/ PowerPointStrong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsHigh attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentUpper-intermediate EnglishWe offer*:
