Proficient in SQL and data-centric technologies, including databases, data warehousing, data processing frameworks, and data governanceExperienced in data modeling using DBT with advanced understanding of data organization and normalizationStrong in the software implementation life-cycle, particularly in data product development processes such as Agile, Iterative, Incremental, observability, and automationSkilled in using one or more cloud platforms, preferably GCP, but also AWS or AzureConfident with BigQuery and DBT, harnessing these tools for optimal data solutionsOutstanding in communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical concepts and strategiesHighly attentive to detail, with the ability to lead and manage multiple competing priorities effectivelyFamiliar with big data frameworksAND YOU WANT TO
Own the internal customer experience: What it means to find, understand, and use data as an analyst, or to change data as an engineer.Utilize data to develop high-quality insights into our business and our customersCollaborate with data engineers, architects, and cross-functional technologists to devise and incrementally implement high quality data products and setting clear expectations on projects, deliveries, and change-managementBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organization, developing a deep understanding of our business and problemsGenerate and maintain transparent prioritized value based roadmaps by leading negotiation and trade-off discussions with key partnersBuild and manage a product backlog that is transparent and connected to the roadmapWrite excellent user stories, with thoughtful acceptance criteria, that can be translated into engineering work.Ensure strong scrum Agile collaboration and engagement (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming/management using Jira, retrospective, team agreements, etc.)TOGETHER WE WILL
