Requirements
2+ years of practical experience as a Project/Program ManagerExperience in the FMCG industry or integration/solution/product companiesGood theoretical knowledge and practical skills in Agile Project ManagementWillingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environmentsBeing a fast learner with high presentation and communication skillsExperience in project implementation processesUnderstanding of application development and software development lifecycle conceptsUpper-Intermediate level of English to maintain communication with clients, teamsProficiency in estimating and justifying efforts in front of different stakeholdersResponsibilities
Managing projects of medium and high complexity (team activities, documentation, plans, reports, defining goals, tasks, etc.)Maintaining daily communication with the business and different departmentsShaping and managing the business expectationsEnsuring the project deliverables conform to the budget, scope, schedule, and quality during all phases of the SDLC: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completionFinding out milestones and solutions for the project growth
