Search for and engage influencers, opinion leaders, public pages, and streamers (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick) to promote company products;
Negotiate terms, manage contracts, and maintain long-term partnerships;
Develop and approve creative concepts and ad formats (banners, native integrations, giveaways, streams, etc.);
Monitor placement quality and ensure content aligns with brand requirements;
Track campaign metrics, compile reports, and assess results (reach, average viewers, clicks, conversions, ROI);
Optimize influencer and streamer strategies, scale successful collaborations, and test new formats;
Manage campaigns for multiple products, brands, and regions simultaneously, adapting approaches to audience specifics;
Ensure compliance with platform rules and advertising standards, find solutions for promoting gambling-related content, and monitor for blocks or restrictions.
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing or working with streamers;
Strong negotiation skills and experience working with contracts and partners;
Understanding of different platforms, their audiences, and algorithms;
Ability to analyze advertising and streaming metrics;
Experience in scaling campaigns and working across multiple projects and geos;
Basic skills in spreadsheets and analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Asana).
