Practice Manager - Endocrinology at The Physicians' Clinic
Location: Harley St Clinic at 14 Devonshire Street, W1G 7AE
Full time 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday – Friday, 0900-1700

This role is based permanently on site.

The Practice Manager directs and supervises the day-to-day functions of the Practice, providing supporting leadership and management to all staff within the practice, and is responsible for line managing 4 medical secretaries supporting the 2 practice consultants.

What you’ll do:
Operational Management: Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows and smooth coordination across teams.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team, promoting a positive work culture and fostering professional growth.
Patient Care: Ensure high-quality, compassionate care and a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
Compliance & Quality: Maintain regulatory compliance, implement quality assurance programs, and manage clinic systems to ensure excellence in patient services.
Financial Oversight of the clinic.
What you'll bring:
Prior experience as a Practice Manager.
Experience managing appraisals of staff, allocation of resources, planning needs of department.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a proven ability to manage a diverse team and drive operational success.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical office operations, and patient care.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in using hospital or clinical IT systems.
Several years of experience within people management is highly desirable.
