About the Role

We’re looking for a super-organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO with both business and day-to-day admin. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn how a startup operates from the inside.

You’ll be the CEO’s go-to person — keeping things on track, managing priorities, and helping make the day smoother and more focused.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones
• Scheduling meetings (internal & external) and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Organizing inbox, highlighting urgent emails, and helping with replies when needed
• Booking travel and accommodation for business trips
• Helping with small personal admin tasks (reminders, payments, docs, etc.)
• Tracking deadlines and nudging when something needs follow-up
• Preparing presentations, docs, or quick updates when needed
• Acting as a filter and a time-saver, making sure priorities stay priorities
• Supporting internal comms or coordinating with other team members when CEO is busy

About You

• You have 0.5–2 years of experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operations role
• You love staying organized and helping others stay focused
• You’re tech-savvy — Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom are all familiar tools
• You’re comfortable working async, remotely, and independently
• You have excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
• You’re reliable, discreet, and can juggle a lot without getting overwhelmed
• You’re proactive and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative
• You’re based in (or close to) EU time zones so coordination is easier
• You’re naturally charismatic, warm, and people tend to like you instantly. Whether it’s a board member or someone’s mom, you know how to speak their language and leave a good impression
