We are looking for a motivated and organized Intern Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of experienced mentors, analyze business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and create recommendations for improvement
• Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the creation of workflows, diagrams, and process models.
• Participate in internal and external audits of the company system management
• Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are maintained

• Basic knowledge of business analysis or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to structure information.
• Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML,).
• Ability to work with documents, including creating specifications, technical requirements, and reports.
• Understanding of IT product basics and the fundamental principles of software development.

Nice to have:

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher for working with documentation.
• Attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and thoroughness in creating professional and organized documents.
