LaSoft is an IT outsourcing company that Designs, Builds, and Delivers Web and Mobile applications worldwide, specializing in comprehensive solutions across industries such as FinTech, E-commerce, EdTech, and others.  We are currently seeking a talented Middle Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

Project description:  We are initiating a project to develop an AI-assisted solution that automates responses to inquiries related to products.

The goal is to streamline how customers receive accurate information regarding effectiveness, composition, and related product details.

The system leverages advanced AI architecture to generate draft responses based on regulatory-approved sources.

These drafts will then be reviewed and finalized before being delivered to customers.

The PM will work closely with product, engineering, content, and compliance teams to deliver a reliable and efficient solution.

Experience in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare) and working with AI-driven tools is a strong plus.

  REQUIREMENTS Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level) Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) 2-3 years of experience in IT project management Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) Solid experience in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria Experience in budgeting and project timeline planning Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering Experience in creating invoices  WOULD BE A PLUS Experience with Healthcare and Consulting projects Experience in creating Gantt charts Understanding of various software development technologies and stacks Basic understanding of software development technologies and architecture Project management certifications Agile/Scrum training or certifications PERSONAL QUALITIES Passion for continuous learning and new experiences in line with modern development trends; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate technical solutions while fostering trust within the team; A proactive, adventurous mindset that values responsibility, honesty, and meeting deadlines; Commitment to respecting colleagues and creating positive work relationships.
